If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, you are able to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, where either a refund or exchange will be offered. All goods should be returned in the original packaging and accessories with no damage, all returns should include your full name, address, phone number and email address including what goods are being returned and why.
All carriage costs are non refundable.
All goods returned should obtain a ‘proof of purchase’ as Midland Sealants and Tools Ltd do not accept any losses by the delivery company.
This returns policy does not effect your legal rights.
All products must be used according to the Manufacturers Instructions.
Cancellation of orders : Orders are able to be cancelled prior to shipping with no penalty being incurred and a full credit of your account if monies have already been taken.
Re-stocking Fee
The re-stocking fee is 25% of the value of the returned goods, we will notify you in writing of the value that will then be refunded.
